# Center of Excellence (COE) charter

**Use it** to start or reset a BI Center of Excellence. **Readers:** the executive sponsor, COE members, business-unit leads. One or two pages; revisit yearly.

- [ ] Monitoring and auditing (usage, refresh, capacity, security)
