Why the business cares Every option has a cost. Rolling back also undoes fixes people are waiting for; a rushed hotfix can break something else the day before the board pack; waiting leaves a wrong number in front of managers.

Avg Order Value on the sales app jumped from about $210 to $340 overnight. Nothing like that happened in the business. Managers are asking.
